How the Process Works

Step 1: Send Us Your Details (Day 1)
Share your organisation name, logo, card fields (name, title, department, ID number etc.), and any brand colours or design preferences. If you don't have a logo, we can design one — just ask.

Step 2: We Design Your Card Template (Day 1–2)
Our designer creates a card mockup based on your brief. You'll see exactly what the card will look like before a single card is printed. We revise until you're happy.

Step 3: You Send the Data (Day 2–3)
Send us your list in Excel — names, ID numbers, departments, and photos. We'll give you a simple template to fill in. Photos can be sent via WhatsApp, Google Drive, or USB drive.

Step 4: We Process and Print (Day 3–5)
We clean up all photos, merge them with the data, and send every card to print. Each card is checked for quality before it leaves our hands.

Step 5: Delivery (Day 5–7)
Cards are sorted, packed by department or class if needed, and delivered directly to you in Kampala. Upcountry orders go via courier with tracking.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum number of cards I can order?

Our minimum order is 10 cards. However, the Starter package is priced for up to 50 cards and gives you the best value for small batches.

How should I send my photos?

You can send photos via WhatsApp, Google Drive, or a USB drive. They can be passport photos, phone camera shots, or scanned photos — we resize, crop, and clean them all up at no extra charge.

Can you add a QR code to our cards?

Yes. We can embed a QR code that links to anything — your website, a member's profile page, a Google Form, or a contact vCard. Available on Standard and Enterprise packages.

How durable are the cards?

We print on thick PVC plastic — the same material as bank cards and national IDs. They are waterproof, scratch-resistant, and built to last years of daily use. Not the flimsy laminated paper cards.

We don't have a logo yet. Can you still design our cards?

Absolutely. We can design a simple logo for your organisation as part of the order. Just tell us your organisation name, what you do, and any colour preferences — we'll handle the rest.

Can you deliver to schools or organisations outside Kampala?

Yes. We arrange courier delivery to all major towns across Uganda including Entebbe, Jinja, Mbarara, Gulu, Mbale, and Fort Portal. Courier costs are charged separately based on location.

Can we see a sample before the full order is printed?

Yes — and we strongly encourage it for large orders. We can print a single sample card for approval before running the full batch. This way you're 100% confident before we go to full production.

Do you offer RFID or smart card options for access control?

Yes, under our Enterprise package. We supply RFID-enabled PVC cards that can be integrated with door access systems, attendance machines, or point-of-sale terminals. Contact us to discuss your specific system.
